Curry Fried Chicken

Ingredients (2-3 servings)

Chicken (prepared) 1 chicken (approx. 1 kg)
Salt 10 g (adjust to taste)
S&B Curry Powder 1 tbsp
[A]
Wheat flour 40 g
S&B Curry Powder 1 tsp
Water 65 ml
Wheat flour As needed
Oil for deep-frying As needed

Directions

  1. Cut the chicken into pieces, rub with salt and S&B Curry Powder, then refrigerate overnight.
  2. Mix together the ingredients listed under [A].
  3. Coat [1] with [2], then sprinkle with flour.
  4. Fry at a low temperature of 140-150°C for 7-10 minutes, then remove from the heat.
  5. Raise the oil temperature to 170-180°C and fry [4] until golden brown and crisp.
