| Wheat flour | 40 g |
| S&B Curry Powder | 1 tsp |
| Water | 65 ml |

| Oil for deep-frying | As needed |
Directions
- Cut the chicken into pieces, rub with salt and S&B Curry Powder, then refrigerate overnight.
- Mix together the ingredients listed under [A].
- Coat [1] with [2], then sprinkle with flour.
- Fry at a low temperature of 140-150°C for 7-10 minutes, then remove from the heat.
- Raise the oil temperature to 170-180°C and fry [4] until golden brown and crisp.
