White Kidney Bean Curry

Ingredients (5 servings)

Onion 200g
Tomato 200g
Cooking oil 1 Tbsp
Canned white kidney beans 450g
Water 540ml
S&B Golden Curry Mix 92g 1 box
Lemon juice 30ml
Bread or cooked rice As needed

Directions

  1. Cut the onion into 1cm pieces and the tomato into 1.5cm pieces.
  2. Heat oil in a pan and stir-fry the onion. Once the onion becomes tender,
    add the tomato and the drained white kidney beans, and stir-fry.
  3. Add water and bring to a boil. Turn down the heat and lightly simmer.
  4. Turn off the heat and add the S&B Golden Curry Mix by breaking it into pieces. Stir until it melts completely.
  5. Turn on the heat again and simmer while continuing to stir until the sauce thickens.
    Turn off the heat, then add lemon juice and stir to finish.
  6. Serve on a plate and add bread or cooked rice on the side.

[Note]

  1. For half of 220g box (6 servings): Increase the amount of ingredients with 660ml water.
