Canned Tomato & Chicken Curry

Directions
- Cut the chicken into 2-3cm dices. Cut the onion vertically into halves and then cut them into 5-6mm slices.
- Heat oil in a pan and stir-fry the onion until tender. Add the chicken and continue to stir-fry.
- Add water and bring it to a boil. Turn down the heat and simmer until the ingredients are tender.
- Turn off the heat and add the S&B Golden Curry Mix by breaking it into pieces. Stir until it melts completely.
- Turn on the heat again and simmer while stirring until the sauce thickens.
To finish off, add the canned tomatoes and simmer lightly.
- Put the cooked rice on a plate, then pour the curry [5] over it.

- For half of 220g box (6 servings): Increase the amount of ingredients with 660ml water.
