Canned Tomato & Chicken Curry

Ingredients (5 servings)

Chicken breast 400g
Onion 200g
Cooking oil
1 Tbsp
Canned tomatoes (whole) 400g
Water 540ml
S&B Golden Curry Mix 92g 1 box
cooked rice As needed

Directions

  1. Cut the chicken into 2-3cm dices. Cut the onion vertically into halves and then cut them into 5-6mm slices.
  2. Heat oil in a pan and stir-fry the onion until tender. Add the chicken and continue to stir-fry.
  3. Add water and bring it to a boil. Turn down the heat and simmer until the ingredients are tender.
  4. Turn off the heat and add the S&B Golden Curry Mix by breaking it into pieces. Stir until it melts completely.
  5. Turn on the heat again and simmer while stirring until the sauce thickens.
    To finish off, add the canned tomatoes and simmer lightly.
  6. Put the cooked rice on a plate, then pour the curry [5] over it.

  1. For half of 220g box (6 servings): Increase the amount of ingredients with 660ml water.
