Curry-flavored Fried Rice

Directions
- Cool the cooked rice to about body temperature. If the rice is cold, warm it up slightly in a microwave.
- Lightly beat the eggs. Cut the ham into 5-mm squares. Cut the asparagus into thin round slices.
- Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan. Pour the eggs in and stir broadly. Add [1] while the eggs are still slightly soft, and quickly mix and stir.
- When the eggs and rice are mixed well, add the ham and asparagus and stir-fry. Then, add salt, pepper, and curry powder and continue to stir-fry. When the whole mixture is blended well, add soy sauce from the rim of the frying pan and mix quickly. Add sesame oil, mix quickly and stir-fry.
