Sashimi

Ingredients (4 servings)

Daikon (Japanese radish) 200g
Hirame (flatfish) Desired amount
Tai (sea bream) Desired amount
Hamachi (yellowtail) Desired amount
Salmon Desired amount
Parsley Desired amount
Lemon Desired amount
Soy sauce 2 Tbsp
Vinegar 2 Tbsp
Gochujang 1 Tbsp
S&B Wasabi Paste Desired amount
Garlic Desired amount
Green chili peppers Desired amount

Directions

  1. Shred the daikon for garnish.
  2. Place sashimi of your choice on the daikon garnish.
  3. Mix vinegar and gochujang to make a sauce. Serve the sashimi with the gochujang sauce, soy sauce, and wasabi.
  4. Enjoy with garlic, green chili pepper, lemon, and/or parsley as desired.
