Cocktail Shrimp with Wasabi Sauce

Ingredients (3 servings)

Shrimp (peeled, deveined) 200 g
Cucumber (diced) 70 g
Red bell pepper (diced) 70 g
Red onion (minced)
50 g
【Wasabi Cocktail Sauce】 S&B Wasabi Tube 1・1/2 tsp
Ketchup 7 Tbsp
Lemon juice 1/2
Worcestershire sauce 1/2 tsp
Tabasco Pinch
【Wasabi Mayonnaise Sauce】 S&B Wasabi Paste 1/2 Tbsp
Mayonnaise 2 Tbsp


  1. Cut the cucumber, red bell pepper into 1-cm dices.
  2. Mince the red onion and run under cool water. Drain well.
  3. Put 【A】 into a bowl and mix well. Add 【1】 and 【2】 and toss to combine for cocktail sauce.
  4. Put 【B】 into a bowl and mix well for Wasabi Mayonnaise Sauce.
  5. Put 【3】 in a cocktail glass and surround with the shrimp.
    Serve with 【Wasabi Mayonnaise Sauce】 as desired.
