Cocktail Shrimp with Wasabi Sauce

Directions
- Cut the cucumber, red bell pepper into 1-cm dices.
- Mince the red onion and run under cool water. Drain well.
- Put 【A】 into a bowl and mix well. Add 【1】 and 【2】 and toss to combine for cocktail sauce.
- Put 【B】 into a bowl and mix well for Wasabi Mayonnaise Sauce.
- Put 【3】 in a cocktail glass and surround with the shrimp.
Serve with 【Wasabi Mayonnaise Sauce】 as desired.
