Beef steak

Ingredients (2 servings)

Lean beef 2 steaks
Salt Pinch
Pepper Pinch
Asparagus 6 stalks
Cherry tomatoes 4
Mushrooms 8
Rosemary 2 bunches
S&B Wasabi Paste 1 Tbsp

Directions

  1. Salt and pepper both sides of the steaks.
  2. Heat a frying pan, put in some oil, and saute the beef on both sides over high heat along with the rosemary.
  3. If the beef steaks are thick, saute the edges as well. When the beef is browned on all sides, turn off the heat and let it sit for 1 minute.
  4. Stir-fry the vegetables until they are tender.
  5. Serve the steaks with the vegetables. Add wasabi on the side.
