Directions
【Japanese-style Fried Prawns】
- Shell and devein the prawns and season them with salt and white pepper.
- Coat the prawns with the flour, beaten egg, and panko, and fry them in oil at 170℃ (340℉).
【Prawn Fritters】
- Shell and devein the prawns and season them with salt and white pepper, then coat them with the 2 Tbsp of flour.
- Mix 【A】 in a bowl, add the beaten egg and 100 ml of water, and mix them to make batter.
- Batter ① with ② and fry in oil at 180℃ (360℉).
【Wasabi Mayonnaise】
- Mix all the ingredients.
