Panko (Japanese breadcrumbs) As needed

【Prawn Fritters】 Prawns 12
Flour 2 Tbsp
【A】 Flour 5 Tbsp
Parmesan cheese (grated) 3 Tbsp
Egg(beaten) 1
Water 100 ml
Vegetable oil As needed (adequate amount for frying)
【Wasabi Mayonnaise】 S&B Wasabi Paste 1/2 Tbsp
Mayonnaise 2 Tbsp
Lemon juice 1 Tbsp
Lemon peel As needed

Directions

【Japanese-style Fried Prawns】

  1. Shell and devein the prawns and season them with salt and white pepper.
  2. Coat the prawns with the flour, beaten egg, and panko, and fry them in oil at 170℃ (340℉).

【Prawn Fritters】

  1. Shell and devein the prawns and season them with salt and white pepper, then coat them with the 2 Tbsp of flour.
  2. Mix 【A】 in a bowl, add the beaten egg and 100 ml of water, and mix them to make batter.
  3. Batter ① with ② and fry in oil at 180℃ (360℉).

【Wasabi Mayonnaise】

  1. Mix all the ingredients.
    * Adjust the amount of wasabi as desired.
