만드는 법
- Strain the yolk of one hard-boiled egg through a sieve, breaking it into fine pieces.
- Mash one egg yolk and the remaining hard-boiled egg using the back of a fork, then add [A] and mix well.
- Lightly toast the bread, then spread [2] all over.
Sprinkle with [1] and S&B Curry Powder to taste. If you like, serve with smoked salmon, baby leaves, and cherry tomatoes.
