Ingredients (For 30 pieces)
| [A] Cake flour | 200g |

| Baking powder | 1 tsp |
| S&B Oriental Curry Powder | 2 tsp |
| Butter (bring to room temperature) | 80g |
| Sugar | 80g |
| Egg (bring to room temperature) | 1 |
| Milk | 1 Tbsp |
| Cashew nuts | 50g |
| Lemon peel | 20g |
만드는 법
- Roughly chop the cashew nuts and lemon peel.
- Combine [A] and sift.
- Put butter into a bowl and mix well with a whisk until creamy. Add sugar in 3 parts. Mix well after each addition.
- When it becomes soft and fluffy after adding sugar, add beaten egg little by little while mixing, and then add milk.
- Add [2] and roughly mix using a spatula. Add [1] and mix until the powdery ingredients disappear.
- Scoop the dough of [5] using a spoon and place it on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake it in the oven at 180°C for 15-20 minutes.
