Kidney Beans & Sausage Curry

Directions
- Cut the onion and celery into 7-8mm dices. Cut the sausages into 7-8mm pieces.
- Heat oil in a pan and stir-fry the onion and celery. Once the vegetables are tender, add the sausages and stir-fry.
- Add the drained kidney beans, canned tomatoes, and water, and simmer.
- Turn off the heat and add the S&B Golden Curry Mix by breaking it into pieces. Stir until it melts completely.
- Turn on the heat again and simmer over low heat while stirring until the sauce thickens.
- Put the rice on a plate, pour the curry [5] over it, and top with cilantro as desired.
[Note]
- For half of 220g box (6 servings): Increase the amount of ingredients with 660ml water.
