Kidney Beans & Sausage Curry

Ingredients (5 servings)

Onion 150g
Celery 100g
Sausages 150g
Vegetable oil 1 Tbsp
Canned red kidney beans (cooked) 400g
Canned tomatoes (chopped) 200g
Water 540ml
S&B Golden Curry Mix 92g 1 box
Cooked rice As needed
Cilantro As needed

Directions

  1. Cut the onion and celery into 7-8mm dices. Cut the sausages into 7-8mm pieces.
  2. Heat oil in a pan and stir-fry the onion and celery. Once the vegetables are tender, add the sausages and stir-fry.
  3. Add the drained kidney beans, canned tomatoes, and water, and simmer.
  4. Turn off the heat and add the S&B Golden Curry Mix by breaking it into pieces. Stir until it melts completely.
  5. Turn on the heat again and simmer over low heat while stirring until the sauce thickens.
  6. Put the rice on a plate, pour the curry [5] over it, and top with cilantro as desired.

[Note]

  1. For half of 220g box (6 servings): Increase the amount of ingredients with 660ml water.
