Heat the oil in a pot, stir-fry the onions and chicken, add water, and simmer for about 10 to 15 minutes. Turn off the heat, break S&B Golden Curry Mix into pieces and add them to the pot. Stir until it is completely melted. Turn on the heat again and simmer over a low heat while stirring until the sauce becomes thick.
Cut the carrot into 5 mm-thick pieces, use a star-shaped cutter to cut out star shapes, and boil these together with the broccoli. Cut the cheese into crescent shapes.
Mold the rice into ghost shapes, create faces using the nori seaweed, and place in a bowl. Pour over the curry from step [1] and top with [2].
