Easy Skillet Curry

Ingredients (2 servings)

Skinless chicken breast (1.5 cm cubes) 150 g
[A]
Salt Pinch
Black pepper Pinch
S&B Curry Powder 1 tsp
Onions (thinly sliced) 140 g
Carrots (thinly sliced) 40 g
Potatoes (thinly sliced) 60 g
Boiling water 250 ml
S&B Golden Curry Mix 92 g 2 blocks (36.8 g)
Parsley (finely chopped) As needed
Rice or bread As needed

Directions

  1. Rub [A] into the chicken to season, and lightly rinse the potatoes under running water.
    Roughly chop the Golden Curry Mix using a kitchen knife.
  2. Place the chicken, vegetables, and Golden Curry Mix in a skillet, pour in boiling water and mix well to ensure everything is evenly combined.
  3. Cook in an oven preheated to 200°C for about 30 minutes.
    Remove from the heat midway, stir well to combine, then return to the heat and cook for about 10 more minutes.
    Cook until the ingredients are tender and the sauce has thickened to a smooth consistency.
  4. Sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve with rice or bread.

NOTE

  1. Adjust the cooking time according to the type of oven and skillet used.
  2. If there is not enough liquid, add a little water partway through the cooking process.
