Curry Mayonnaise Poke Bowl

Directions
- [Marinated red cabbage]
Rub the red cabbage with salt, and when softened, squeeze out the excess moisture.
Toss with white wine vinegar, olive oil, and pepper.
- Cut the tuna into cubes and mix with the ingredients listed under [A].
- Serve the rice in a bowl and top with the tuna, avocado, cucumbers, radishes, red onions, marinated red cabbage, and the toppings of your choice.
