Curry Mayonnaise Poke Bowl

Tuna 200 g

Mayonnaise 4 tbsp
S&B Curry Powder 2 tsp
Sugar 1 and 1/2 tsp
Fresh cream 20 ml
Lemon juice 1 tsp
Onions (finely chopped) 25 g
Avocado (diced) 100 g
Cucumbers (thinly sliced) 40 g
Radishes (thinly sliced) 20 g
Red onions (thinly sliced) 20 g
[For the marinated red cabbage] Easy-to-make amount
Red cabbage (finely chopped) 100 g
Salt 2 g
White wine vinegar 1 tsp
Olive oil 1 tsp
Black pepper pinch
White rice As needed
[Toppings]
Fried onions, peanuts, curry powder, etc. As needed (to taste)

Directions

  1. [Marinated red cabbage]
    Rub the red cabbage with salt, and when softened, squeeze out the excess moisture.
    Toss with white wine vinegar, olive oil, and pepper.
  2. Cut the tuna into cubes and mix with the ingredients listed under [A].
  3. Serve the rice in a bowl and top with the tuna, avocado, cucumbers, radishes, red onions, marinated red cabbage, and the toppings of your choice.
