Directions
- Cut the daikon radish and carrots into strips, mix with the nam pla, vinegar, and sugar, and leave to soften.
- Combine the ingredients for the [curry mayonnaise].
- Cut open a baguette, then place the lettuce, [1], cha lua, and coriander
between the top and bottom halves. Top with [2] and sprinkle with S&B Curry Powder to taste.
