| Mixed nuts (roasted) | 100 g |

| Sugar | 40 g |
| Water | 20 g |
| S&B Wasabi Paste | 10 g |
Directions
- Put the sugar and water in a pan and place over a medium heat. Gently shake the pan to dissolve the sugar.
When the mixture comes to a boil and large bubbles appear across the entire surface, add the S&B Wasabi Paste and allow it to dissolve slightly. - Add the nuts and stir quickly, then spread them out on a baking sheet and leave to cool.
