Wasabi Nuts

Ingredients (Easy-to-prepare amount)

Mixed nuts (roasted) 100 g
Sugar 40 g
Water 20 g
S&B Wasabi Paste 10 g

Directions

  1. Put the sugar and water in a pan and place over a medium heat. Gently shake the pan to dissolve the sugar.
    When the mixture comes to a boil and large bubbles appear across the entire surface, add the S&B Wasabi Paste and allow it to dissolve slightly.
  2. Add the nuts and stir quickly, then spread them out on a baking sheet and leave to cool.
