Loaded Colorful Vegetable Sandwich with Wasabi

Cucumbers (thinly sliced) 50 g

S&B Wasabi Paste 1 tsp
Onions (finely chopped) 25 g

[B] Red cabbage (finely chopped) 100 g

Directions

  1. Rub the red cabbage and carrots separately with salt; once softened, squeeze out the excess moisture from each.
    Toss each with vinegar, pepper, and olive oil.
  2. Coat the avocado with lemon juice, rub the cucumbers with salt, and once softened, squeeze out the excess moisture.
    Combine the avocado, cucumbers, onions, S&B Wasabi Paste, and olive oil.
