Pork loin

Directions
- Thoroughly tenderize each piece of meat using a meat mallet or other tool. Salt and pepper the meat.
- Coat the salt-and-pepper meat from (1) with a thin layer of flour, dip in beaten egg, and cover with panko.
- Heat deep frying oil to 160-170℃ and put (2) into the oil.
Deep-fry until each piece is completely golden brown and the panko is crispy. (About 6-8 minutes)
- Drain off excess oil, transfer to a plate, and serve with cabbage.
Enjoy with Worcestershire sauce, salt, or wasabi, if desired.
