Sweetheart Decorated Curry

Ingredients (2 servings)

Ground beef 150 g
Onions (finely chopped) 100 g
Tomatoes (1.5cm cubes) 150 g
Cooking oil 1/2 tbsp
Water 250 ml
S&B Golden Curry Mix 92 g 2 blocks (36.8 g)
Potatoes As needed
Carrots As needed
green peas As needed
Cooked Rice As needed
Pink peppercorns As needed

Directions

  1. Cut the potatoes and carrots into 5-6 mm thick pieces, use a heart-shaped cutter to cut out heart shapes, and boil them until soft.
    Boil the green peas as well.
  2. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the ground beef and onions. Once cooked through, add the tomatoes and fry them lightly, then add water and simmer.
  3. Turn off the heat, add the S&B Golden Curry Mix and mix until dissolved.
    Return to a low heat and simmer, stirring constantly until the sauce thickens.
  4. Shape the rice into a heart shape and place it in on a serving plate. Decorate with pink peppercorns if desired.
    Pour the curry over the rice and top with [1].
