Sweetheart Decorated Curry

Directions
- Cut the potatoes and carrots into 5-6 mm thick pieces, use a heart-shaped cutter to cut out heart shapes, and boil them until soft.
Boil the green peas as well.
- Heat the oil in a pan and fry the ground beef and onions. Once cooked through, add the tomatoes and fry them lightly, then add water and simmer.
- Turn off the heat, add the S&B Golden Curry Mix and mix until dissolved.
Return to a low heat and simmer, stirring constantly until the sauce thickens.
- Shape the rice into a heart shape and place it in on a serving plate. Decorate with pink peppercorns if desired.
Pour the curry over the rice and top with [1].
