Curry-flavored Tacos

Ingredients (Easy-to-prepare amount)

Beef 300g
Salt 1.5g
Black pepper Pinch
S&B Oriental Curry Powder 2 tsp
Red wine 1 Tbsp
Onion 50g
Tomato 100g
Green bell pepper 1
Olive oil 1 Tbsp
Tortillas As needed
Cilantro As needed
Lime As needed
[Salsa Mexicana] Tomatoes (roughly chopped) 200g
Onion (minced) 50g
Garlic (minced) 1/4 clove
Jalapeño pepper (minced) 1/2
Cilantro (chopped)
1/2 tsp
Oregano 1/2 tsp
Salt 1.5g
Olive oil 1 Tbsp

Directions

  1. Prepare [Salsa Mexicana].
    Combine and mix all the ingredients together.
  2. Cut the beef into strips and mix salt, pepper, and curry powder with the meat well.
    Roughly mince the onion, tomatoes, and green bell pepper.
  3. Heat the olive oil in a frying pan and stir-fry the beef.
    Once the beef has browned, add red wine and coat the beef with the wine.
    Add the onion, tomatoes, and green bell pepper and stir-fry briefly.
  4. Warm up the tortillas (in a frying pan, etc.).
  5. Place [3], [1], cilantro, lime, and any other toppings of your choice on the tortillas.
