Curry-flavored Cashew Nuts and Lemon Peel Drop Cookies

Ingredients (For 30 pieces)

[A] Cake flour 200g
Baking powder 1 tsp
S&B Oriental Curry Powder 2 tsp
Butter (bring to room temperature) 80g
Sugar 80g
Egg (bring to room temperature) 1
Milk 1 Tbsp
Cashew nuts 50g
Lemon peel 20g

Directions

  1. Roughly chop the cashew nuts and lemon peel.
  2. Combine [A] and sift.
  3. Put butter into a bowl and mix well with a whisk until creamy. Add sugar in 3 parts. Mix well after each addition.
  4. When it becomes soft and fluffy after adding sugar, add beaten egg little by little while mixing, and then add milk.
  5. Add [2] and roughly mix using a spatula. Add [1] and mix until the powdery ingredients disappear.
  6. Scoop the dough of [5] using a spoon and place it on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Bake it in the oven at 180°C for 15-20 minutes.
