| [A] S&B Oriental Curry Powder | 4 tsp (8g) |
| Salt | 2/3 tsp |
| Soy sauce | 2 tsp |
| Grated garlic | 1/2 tsp |
| Cumin powder | 1/4 tsp |
| Red onion (sliced) | 25g |
Directions
- Rub [A] onto the lamb chops and leave them for at least 1 hour.
- Cook the lamb chops in the oven heated to 200-220°C.
Cook to desired doneness. Cook for 15 minutes (7 to 8 minutes on each side) for a medium finish.
