Curry Macaroni & Cheese

Ingredients (2 servings)

[A] Elbow macaroni 150g
Onion 50g
Salt 1/4 tsp
S&B Oriental Curry Powder 1 Tbsp
Olive oil 1 Tbsp
Water 200ml
Cheddar cheese (grated) 150g
Parsley As needed

Directions

  1. Mince the onion.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a pot. Add and stir-fry the ingredients listed in [A].
    Once everything is well mixed, add water and cover the pot with a lid. Cook for 7 to 8 minutes over low heat until the macaroni is tender.
  3. Turn off the heat, add the cheese and mix to melt it, and garnish with parsley as desired.
