| Cheddar cheese (grated) |

Directions
- Mince the onion.
- Heat the olive oil in a pot. Add and stir-fry the ingredients listed in [A].
Once everything is well mixed, add water and cover the pot with a lid. Cook for 7 to 8 minutes over low heat until the macaroni is tender.
- Turn off the heat, add the cheese and mix to melt it, and garnish with parsley as desired.
