Grilled Vegetables with Yuzu Miso

Ingredients

Vegetables of your choice As needed
(Eggplant, zucchini, squash, bell peppers, Brussels sprouts, cherry tomatoes, etc.)
Cooking oil As needed
S&B YUZU MISO PASTE(MISO WITH CITRUS) As needed

Directions

  1. Cut the vegetables and spread oil thinly over the surfaces. Bake them in an oven or fry them in a frying pan until browned.
  2. Serve with YUZU MISO PASTE.
