UMEBOSHI Sour Drink

S&B UMEBOSHI PASTE (SALT-PICKLED PLUM)

Honey (or sugar)
10g
Carbonated water
200ml
Lemon juice
a splash (add more as desired)
Ice
As needed
Mint
As needed

Directions

  1. Put S&B UMEBOSHI PASTE and honey in a glass. Pour in carbonated water and stir.
    Add lemon juice as desired. Serve with ice and garnish with mint.
