Tomato Cream Curry Hot Pot

Ingredients (2-3 servings)

Ingredients of your choice (for example, meat, vegetables, cooked rice and cheese) As needed

Canned diced tomatoes 200g
Water 600ml
Chicken consomme soup base 1 tsp
Grated garlic 1 tsp
Milk 400ml
S&B Golden Curry Mix 220g 2 blocks (55g)

Directions

  1. Add the canned tomatoes, water, chicken consomme soup base, and garlic to the pot and turn on the heat.
  2. Once it comes to a boil, turn off the heat. Add the S&B Golden Curry Mix by breaking it into pieces, then stir until it is melted. Add the milk and bring the soup to a boil while stirring.
  3. Add the ingredients of your choice. Serve the ingredients as they are cooked through.
  4. Enjoy the remaining soup with rice. If the remaining soup is too thick or too strong, add water to adjust the flavor. Add cooked rice and bring the soup to a boil. Sprinkle cheese on top.
