Japanese-style Curry Hot Pot

Ingredients (2-3 servings)

Ingredients of your choice (for example, meat, vegetables, and cooked udon noodles (added later)) As needed

Water 1000ml
bonito soup stock 1 tsp (3g)
S&B Golden Curry Mix 220g 2 blocks (55g)
Soy sauce 2 tsp

Directions

  1. Put the water and bonito soup stock in a pot and put it over heat.
  2. Once it comes to a boil, turn off the heat. Add the S&B Golden Curry Mix by breaking it into pieces, then stir until it is melted. Add the soy sauce and bring the soup to a boil while stirring.
  3. Add the ingredients of your choice. Serve the ingredients as they are cooked through.
  4. Enjoy the remaining soup with udon noodles (you can substitute rice for udon noodles). If the remaining soup is too thick or too strong, add water to adjust the flavor. Add the udon noodles (or rice) and bring the soup to a boil.
