Directions
- [Curry Sauce]
Heat the oil in a pot, stir-fry the onion, add water, and simmer for about 10 to 15 minutes.
Turn the heat off, break S&B Golden Curry Sauce Mix into pieces and add them to the skillet. Stir until it is completely melted.
Turn on the heat again and simmer over low heat while stirring until the sauce becomes thick. - Put toppings of your choice on top of the curry and enjoy with cooked rice or naan.
Adjust the spiciness to your preference using chili pepper and black pepper.
