Vegetable Curry with UMAMI TOPPING

Directions
- Cut the vegetables into bite-size pieces. Heat the vegetable oil in a pot and stir-fry the vegetables.
- Add water and bring it to a boil. Once it comes to a boil, turn down the heat and simmer until the vegetables are tender.
- Turn off the heat and add the S&B Golden Curry Mix by breaking it into pieces, then stir until it is melted. Turn on the heat again and simmer over low heat until the sauce becomes thick.
- Pour the curry sauce over rice on a plate and serve with S&B UMAMI TOPPING as desired.
