Vegetarian Curry

Ingredients (4 servings)

Potato 300g
Carrot 200g
Onion 200g
Vegetable oil 1 Tbsp
Water 540ml
S&B Golden Curry Mix 92g 1 pack
Rice (cooked) As needed
S&B UMAMI TOPPING Crunchy Garlic with Chili oil Desired amount

Directions

  1. Cut the vegetables into bite-size pieces. Heat the vegetable oil in a pot and stir-fry the vegetables.
  2. Add water and bring it to a boil. Once it comes to a boil, turn down the heat and simmer until the vegetables are tender.
  3. Turn off the heat and add the S&B Golden Curry Mix by breaking it into pieces, then stir until it is melted. Turn on the heat again and simmer over low heat until the sauce becomes thick.
  4. Pour the curry sauce over rice on a plate and serve with S&B UMAMI TOPPING as desired.
