| S&B UMAMI TOPPING Crunchy Garlic with Chili oil | Desired amount |
Directions
- Combine the ingredients for the dough in a bowl and knead well until it is as firm as an earlobe. Shape it into a ball and cover it with plastic wrap. Let it sit for 30 minutes.
- Ground the mutton by flapping and chopping the meat using a kitchen knife. Mince the onion and garlic.
- Combine 【2】 and 【A】 in a bowl and mix well.
- Spread cake flour to prevent the dough from sticking to the work surface. Shape the dough into two thick bars and cut each bar into ten equal pieces.
- Roll out each piece into 7-cm diameter disks. Leaving about 1 cm from the edge, place some of 【3】 in the center.
- Close up the edges by making pleats along the edges while pulling the dough.
- Steam 【6】 in a steamer for about 20 minutes.
- Put the dumplings on a plate and serve with UMAMI TOPPING as desired.
