Curry Rice Balls

Ingredients (2 servings)

Cooked rice 400g
S&B Golden Curry Mix 220g 2 blocks
Mentsuyu (noodle dipping sauce) 1.5 tsp
Salt Pinch
Black pepper Pinch
Onion 1/2
Vegetable oil 1 tsp

Directions

  1. Put oil in a frying pan and stir-fry the minced onion.
  2. Add rice to the cooked onion and mix well.
  3. Add crushed curry mix, mentsuyu, salt, and pepper. Mix well to blend in flavor while continuing to stir-fry.
  4. Shape the rice into balls.
