Spicy Yuzu Beef Salad

Ingredients (4 servings)

Roast beef 600 g / 21.2 oz
Rocket 2 bunches
Cherry Tomatoes, diced 200 g / 7.1 oz
Pine Nuts 2 Tbsp
Capers 2 Tbsp
Sliced Parmesan Cheese 40 g / 1.4 oz
【A】 S&B Spicy Citrus Paste 1/2 Tbsp
Olive oil 1 tsp
Garlic, finely chopped 1 clove
Lemon juice 30 ml
Dijon Mustard 1 tsp

Directions

  1. Put 【A】 in a small bowl, mix well for dressing.
  2. Serve roast beef and vegetables on a plate, decorate with pine nuts, capers and cheese.
  3. Pour the dressing over it.
