Sliced Parmesan Cheese | 40 g / 1.4 oz |
【A】 S&B Spicy Citrus Paste | 1/2 Tbsp |
Olive oil | 1 tsp |
Garlic, finely chopped | 1 clove |
Lemon juice | 30 ml |
Dijon Mustard | 1 tsp |
Directions
- Put 【A】 in a small bowl, mix well for dressing.
- Serve roast beef and vegetables on a plate, decorate with pine nuts, capers and cheese.
- Pour the dressing over it.
