Grilled Onigiri with Yuzu Miso

Ingredients (For 2 pieces)

Warm cooked rice 200g
S&B YUZU MISO PASTE(MISO WITH CITRUS) 2 tsp
Cooking oil Pinch

Directions

  1. Split the cooked rice into 2 equal portions and shape each into a triangle.
  2. Put a small amount of oil in a frying pan and fry each rice triangle (ONIGIRI) for 2 to 3 minutes on each side over low heat until the surface browns.
  3. Spread 1/2 tsp of YUZU MISO PASTE on the top surface of each rice triangle and flip over the rice triangles.
    Spread YUZO MISO PASTE over the other side. Flip the rice triangles once again and fry them lightly until they brown.
    Be careful not to burn them as the paste tends to char easily.
