Creamy Mentaiko Spaghetti

Ingredients (1 serving)

Spaghetti 100g
Shelled prawns 40g
Broccoli florets 30g
Butter
10g
Dairy cream 100ml
S&B MENTAIKO PASTE (SPICY POLLOCK ROE) 1/2 (20g)

Directions

  1. Cook the spaghetti for the time instructed on the package. Add the broccoli 2 minutes before draining the spaghetti and cook them together.
  2. Heat the butter in a frying pan and add the prawns. Stir-fry briefly.
    Add the dairy cream and once it comes to a boil, turn off the heat. Add MENTAIKO PASTE and mix well.
  3. Add the cooked spaghetti and broccoli, and mix them with the sauce.
