Cold Udon with Pickled Plum

Ingredients (1 serving)

Udon noodles 1 serving
S&B Japanese Seasoning and Soup Mix (Oden No Moto) 1 tsp (3g)
Cold water 200ml
S&B UMEBOSHI PASTE (SALT-PICKLED PLUM)
As needed
Chopped seaweed sheet As needed
Green onion As needed
Sesame As needed

Directions

  1. Boil the udon noodles in plenty of boiling water, then rinse them thoroughly under cold water to remove any slime and cool them down. Drain thoroughly.
  2. Mix S&B Japanese Seasoning and Soup Mix (Oden No Moto) and cold water, and completely dissolve the seasoning and soup mix.
  3. Serve the udon noodles in bowls and top them with UMEBOSHI PASTE, chopped seaweed sheet, green onion, and sesame seeds, and pour [2] over them.
