做法
- Put the flour and salt in a bowl and make a hole in the center.
Add mixed ingredients [A] into the hole in two parts. Mix well after each addition. - Melt 5 g of butter in a frying pan about 25 cm across and place four pieces of halved bacon.
Pour a third of [1] in the pan and cook over medium heat. Once the bottom side is cooked and browned, turn it over and sprinkle 20 g of cheese.
Cover the pan with a lid and cook until the cheese is melted. Cook a total of 3 pancakes in the same way. - Serve the pancakes on a plate, with S&B UMAMI TOPPING as topping.
