Tofu Cream Cucumber Bites

Directions
- Wrap the tofu in thick paper towels, place a light weight on top, and press for about 30 minutes.
- Use a food processor to blend [1] until creamy, then add the remaining ingredients and mix.
- Slice the cucumbers into rings and top with the tofu cream from step [2]. Sprinkle with dill weed and top with UMAMI TOPPING.
