Tofu Cream Cucumber Bites

Ingredients (Easy-to-prepare amount)

Cucumbers 1–2
[Tofu cream]
Firm tofu 200 g
Olive oil 1 tsp
Salt Pinch
Black pepper Pinch
Grated garlic A small amount
Lemon juice 2 tsp
Dill weed (for the garnish) A small amount
S&B UMAMI TOPPING Crunchy Garlic with Chili oil (for topping) As needed

Directions

  1. Wrap the tofu in thick paper towels, place a light weight on top, and press for about 30 minutes.
  2. Use a food processor to blend [1] until creamy, then add the remaining ingredients and mix.
  3. Slice the cucumbers into rings and top with the tofu cream from step [2]. Sprinkle with dill weed and top with UMAMI TOPPING.
