Spinach & Chicken Power Salad

Ingredients (2 servings)

Spinach for salad 80g
Chicken breast 300g
Salt Pinch
White pepper Pinch
Olive oil
1 tbsp
Boiled egg 3
Tomato 200g
[Dressing]
Apple vinegar 1 tbsp
Olive oil 2 tbsp
Salt 1/4 tsp
White pepper Pinch
S&B UMAMI TOPPING Crunchy Garlic with Chili oil YUZU As needed

Directions

  1. Season with some salt and white pepper over the chicken. Heat oil in a frying pan and cook both sides of the chicken.
    After leaving the chicken to cool, cut it into easy-to-eat pieces.
  2. Cut the boiled eggs and tomatoes into bite-size pieces.
  3. Combine and mix all the dressing ingredients.
  4. Put the spinach, [1], and [2] on a plate and serve with [3] and S&B UMAMI TOPPING.
