Green Salad with UMAMI TOPPING

Ingredients (2 servings)

Lettuce mix (bite-size) 150-200g
Red onion (thinly sliced) 25g
Onion (thinly sliced) 25g
Salt Pinch
White pepper Pinch
Vinegar As needed (1-2 Tbsp)
S&B UMAMI TOPPING Crunchy Garlic with Chili oil YUZU As needed

Directions

  1. Soak the lettuce and onion in cold water and drain well.
  2. Serve the lettuce and onion on a plate. Season with salt and white pepper, drizzle with vinegar, and top with UMAMI TOPPING.
