Tomato Bacon Penne with UMAMI TOPPING

Ingredients (2 servings)

Penne 200 g
Slab bacon 100 g
Onions 50 g
Celery 40 g
Green bell peppers 40 g
Tomatoes 150 g
Cooking oil 2 tsp
S&B UMAMI TOPPING Crunchy Garlic with Chili oil 3 tbsp
Salt pinch

Directions

  1. Cut the bacon into 7–8 mm thick batons. Finely chop the onions, celery, and green bell peppers.
    Cut the tomatoes into wedges.
  2. Boil the penne.
  3. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the bacon. Once the bacon is browned, add the onions, celery, green bell peppers, and S&B UMAMI TOPPING and continue to fry.
  4. Add the tomatoes and cooked penne and fry lightly, then season with salt.

NOTE

  1. If you like spicy food, use "S&B UMAMI TOPPING Crunchy Garlic with Chili oil SPICY" to give the dish a spicy kick.
