Avocado & Tomato Salad

Ingredients (2-3 servings)

Avocado 1
Cherry tomatoes 100g
Cucumber 50g
Red onion
10g
S&B MENTAIKO PASTE (SPICY POLLOCK ROE) 1/2 (20g)
Lemon juice a splash (about 1 tsp)
Olive oil 2 tsp

Directions

  1. Cut the avocado and cucumber into dices. Cut the cherry tomatoes into halves. Cut the red onion into thin slices.
  2. Put [1], S&B MENTAIKO PASTE, lemon juice, and olive oil into a bowl and mix well.
