Directions
- Serve the sashimi with soy sauce and/or wasabi.
- Add wasabi to soy sauce in a saucer and dip sashimi in the mixture.
For delicate-flavored sashimi, such as white fish and scallops, it is also recommended to put a small amount of wasabi directly on the piece and dip it lightly in soy sauce.
