Directions
- Heat the butter in a frying pan and add the salted beaten eggs to make scrambled eggs.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan and stir-fry the ham. Toast the sliced bread.
- Serve the stir fry on a plate, with S&B UMAMI TOPPING as topping as desired.
