Vegetable Curry

Ingredients (4 servings)

Potato 240g
Onion 200g
Carrot 200g
S&B Golden Curry Mix 92g 1 pack
Water 540ml
Vegetable oil 1 Tbsp
Sesame seeds For topping
Parsley For topping
Rice (cooked) 200g x 4

Directions

  1. Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat and stir-fry the vegetables. (Approx. 5 min)
  2. Add the specified amount of water and bring it to a boil. Once it comes to a boil turn down the heat. Simmer for about 20 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
  3. Turn off the heat. Add the S&B Golden Curry Sauce Mix while breaking it into pieces, then stir until it is melted. Turn on the heat again and simmer while stirring until the sauce becomes thick.
  4. Pour the curry over the rice and sprinkle the toppings as desired.
