Curry-flavored Fried Chicken

Ingredients (2 servings)

Chicken thighs for fried chicken 200g
[A] Sake 2 tsp
Grated ginger 1/2 tsp
S&B Oriental Curry Powder 1 tsp
Salt 1/3 tsp
Potato starch 3 Tbsp
Vegetable oil As needed(for deep-frying)

Directions

  1. Put the chicken and [A] into a bowl and mix well. Let it sit for 5 minutes and allow the flavor to soak in.
  2. Add potato starch to [1] and mix to coat the chicken pieces. Deep-fry the chicken in oil at 170-180℃.
