Chicken thighs for fried chicken | 200g |

[A] Sake | 2 tsp |
Grated ginger | 1/2 tsp |
S&B Oriental Curry Powder | 1 tsp |
Salt | 1/3 tsp |
Potato starch | 3 Tbsp |
Vegetable oil | As needed(for deep-frying) |
Directions
- Put the chicken and [A] into a bowl and mix well. Let it sit for 5 minutes and allow the flavor to soak in.
- Add potato starch to [1] and mix to coat the chicken pieces. Deep-fry the chicken in oil at 170-180℃.
