Directions
- Mince the onion and carrot.
- Put the ground beef and pork, onion, carrot, green peas, and [A] into a microwaveable bowl and mix lightly. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and heat it in the microwave for 10 minutes at 600 W.
- Once the meat browns, take the bowl out of the microwave and remove the plastic wrap. Mix everything well and cook for 2 more minutes.
- Add cake flour and mix well, then cook for 1 more minute and mix well again.
- Serve rice and [4] curry on plates and garnish with soft boiled eggs and parsley. Sprinkle garam masala as desired.
