Microwave Keema Curry

Ingredients (2 servings)

Ground beef and pork 150g
Onion 1/4(50g)
Carrot 40g
Frozen green peas 3 Tbsp
[A] Salt 1/2 tsp
S&B Oriental Curry Powder 1 Tbsp
Grated garlic 1/3 tsp
Grated ginger 1/2 tsp
Worcestershire sauce 1 Tbsp
Tomato ketchup 1 Tbsp
Water 150ml
Cake flour 1/2 Tbsp
Plain rice(cooked) As needed
Soft boiled egg 2 eggs
Italian parsley As needed(chopped)
Garam masala As needed

Directions

  1. Mince the onion and carrot.
  2. Put the ground beef and pork, onion, carrot, green peas, and [A] into a microwaveable bowl and mix lightly. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and heat it in the microwave for 10 minutes at 600 W.
  3. Once the meat browns, take the bowl out of the microwave and remove the plastic wrap. Mix everything well and cook for 2 more minutes.
  4. Add cake flour and mix well, then cook for 1 more minute and mix well again.
  5. Serve rice and [4] curry on plates and garnish with soft boiled eggs and parsley. Sprinkle garam masala as desired.
