Ingredients (2 servings)
| Ground beef and pork | 150g |

| Onion | 1/4(50g) |
| Carrot | 40g |
| Frozen green peas | 3 Tbsp |
| [A] Salt | 1/2 tsp |
| S&B Oriental Curry Powder | 1 Tbsp |
| Grated garlic | 1/3 tsp |
| Grated ginger | 1/2 tsp |
| Worcestershire sauce | 1 Tbsp |
| Tomato ketchup | 1 Tbsp |
| Water | 150ml |
| Cake flour | 1/2 Tbsp |
| Plain rice(cooked) | As needed |
| Soft boiled egg | 2 eggs |
| Italian parsley | As needed(chopped) |
| Garam masala | As needed |
Directions
- Mince the onion and carrot.
- Put the ground beef and pork, onion, carrot, green peas, and [A] into a microwaveable bowl and mix lightly. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and heat it in the microwave for 10 minutes at 600 W.
- Once the meat browns, take the bowl out of the microwave and remove the plastic wrap. Mix everything well and cook for 2 more minutes.
- Add cake flour and mix well, then cook for 1 more minute and mix well again.
- Serve rice and [4] curry on plates and garnish with soft boiled eggs and parsley. Sprinkle garam masala as desired.
