Two Servings of Vegetable-Rich Curry

Ingredients (2 servings)

Chicken breast (cut into small bite-size pieces) 120g
Broccoli (cut into bite-size pieces) 100g
Red bell pepper (cut into small bite-size pieces) 1/2
Onions (thinly sliced) 100g
Vegetable oil 1/2 Tbsp
S&B Golden Curry Mix 92g 2 blocks
Water 300ml
Rice (cooked) As needed

Directions

  1. Cut the chicken, broccoli, and red bell pepper into small bite-size pieces. Slice the onions.
  2. Heat the vegetable oil in a small pan, add 【1】 and stir-fry for 5 minutes.
  3. Add water and cook for 10 minutes until the ingredients are tender.
  4. Turn off the heat. Break the S&B Golden Curry Sauce Mix into pieces and add them to the pan. Stir and melt them completely. Turn on the heat again and simmer until the sauce becomes thick.
  5. Put the cooked rice on a plate, then pour the curry over the rice to serve.
