Two Servings of Vegetable-Rich Curry

Chicken breast (cut into small bite-size pieces) |

Directions
- Cut the chicken, broccoli, and red bell pepper into small bite-size pieces. Slice the onions.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a small pan, add 【1】 and stir-fry for 5 minutes.
- Add water and cook for 10 minutes until the ingredients are tender.
- Turn off the heat. Break the S&B Golden Curry Sauce Mix into pieces and add them to the pan. Stir and melt them completely. Turn on the heat again and simmer until the sauce becomes thick.
- Put the cooked rice on a plate, then pour the curry over the rice to serve.
