Ingredients (5 servings)

Chicken 300g
Onion 200g
Cooking oil 1 Tbsp
Water 540ml
S&B Golden Curry Mix 92g 1 pack (92g)
[Egg-shaped Rice] 1 serving
[A] Cooked rice 50g
Corn kernels 15g
[B] Cooked rice 50g
Green peas 15g
[C] Cooked rice 50g
Carrot (chopped in 7-8mm dices and boiled) 15g
Leaf lettuce As needed

만드는 법

  1. Cut the chicken into 1.5-2cm dices. Slice the onion lengthwise into thin slices.
  2. Heat the oil in a pot and stir-fry the chicken and onion.
  3. Add water and simmer for about 10 minutes until the ingredients are tender.
  4. Turn the heat off, break S&B Golden Curry Sauce Mix into pieces and add them to the skillet. Stir until it is completely melted.
  5. Turn on the heat again and simmer while stirring until the sauce becomes thick.
  6. [Egg-shaped Rice]Mix each ingredient with warm rice and make into an egg shape.
  7. Serve lettuce, egg-shaped rice, and curry on a plate cutely.

[MEMO]

  1. For half of 220g box (6 servings): Increase the amount of ingredients with 660ml water.
