Directions
- Put the popcorn kernels and oil into a saucepan or frying pan and mix until the kernels are evenly coated with oil.
Put the lid on the pan and place over a medium heat. Once the kernels are hot, reduce the heat and, shaking the pan occasionally, continue to cook until the kernels have finished popping.
- Roughly chop the Golden Curry Mix with a kitchen knife.
Put the butter in a small pan and place over a low heat. Once the butter has melted, add the Golden Curry Mix and stir.
Turn off the heat, pour in the popcorn from step [1], and stir quickly to ensure the popcorn is evenly coated with the curry mixture while it is still hot.
