UMAMI TOPPING Fried Rice

Ingredients (2 servings)

Cooked rice 300g
Ham (5mm pieces) 40g
Onion (5mm pieces) 50g
Carrot (5mm pieces) 30g
Green peas 50g
Cooking oil 1 Tbsp
Pepper Pinch
Thyme powder Pinch (As desired)
S&B UMAMI TOPPING Crunchy Garlic with Chili oil 2 Tbsp

Directions

  1. Heat the cooking oil in a frying pan and stir-fry the ham, onion, and carrot.
  2. When the onion becomes translucent, add pepper, thyme, and UMAMI TOPPING while stir-frying.
  3. Add rice and stir-fry until the ingredients are well-blended. Add green peas to finish the dish.
